We have a 15-day return policy, which means you have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.

Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted. Please note that the trackable return shipping is not covered by GRADIENT, it will be covered by the purchaser.

We do not offer a refund for our academy courses, We only offer a credit for 1 year from the time you booked the course.
